Jon Franz founded Franchise Clearly in 2007. His role is to oversee all company transactions. He takes pride in working with sellers to help them understand what to expect and how Franchise Clearly can help them best.
Among his proudest accomplishments is the development of proprietary software that allows his team (including buyers and sellers) to see seamlessly what is happening with each deal. This tool allows them to focus on doing the right things for the right reasons and simplifying the resale process.
Since 2015, Franchise Clearly has closed over 110 million dollars in sales.
Jon has an MBA in Finance from the University of Central Florida and is also a Certified Business Intermediary.
Fun fact: Jon is a former professional water skier. When he’s not working, you can find him on the lake teaching tricks to his wife and 4 sons.
Senior Sales Advisor
Charles has been performing sales and marketing functions for Franchise Clearly since 2015. He’s been a multi-unit franchise owner himself, so he understands the challenges sellers face. Charles finds it particularly rewarding to help first-time business owners purchase and celebrate their first-time company ownership.
He is a member of the International Business Brokers Association and holds an MBA from Rollins college.
When he isn't working, he enjoys traveling with his family and running.
Client Relations Manager
Christopher J. Ververis is a resident of Florida who has been committed to selling businesses for over 17 years. Chris offers his clients the benefit of over 30 years as co-owner of an independent insurance agency that started from scratch. He is a business-savvy professional with skills in business sales, management, and marketing. He thinks "Outside of the Box" and finds solutions to difficult problems that may occur during a business sale transaction. Chris has a solid foundation for helping buyers and sellers understand the process and demonstrates a unique ability in his overall presentation skills.
He graduated from the University of Rhode Island and majored in business.
Due Diligence Advisor
Brant Delongy has eight years of experience working directly with buyers. In his role as the Due Diligence Advisor, it's his responsibility to serve as a resource and facilitator between lenders, franchisors, and any other parties involved.
His largest deal was managing the sale of 20 Anytime Fitness clubs. With hundreds of details and dozens of stakeholders, it's also the transaction he is most proud of.
He graduated from the University of North Florida with a degree in business.
In his free time, Brant enjoys staying active by playing golf and basketball.

Patricia Winter is a highly experienced and dedicated professional with a proven track record in business operations, project management, consulting, and franchise ownership.
Previously, as a Master Licensee and Retail General Manager for The UPS Store she is in a unique position to give owners and buyers the support they need to confidently move forward with their plans.
Over her career, she has collaborated with franchise owners, support teams, and corporate staff to foster operational excellence, ensure compliance, and develop marketing strategies that deliver measurable results. She is especially skilled in conducting business evaluations and mentoring franchisees to achieve their personal and professional goals.
Her ability to creatively resolve challenges, motivate teams, and implement innovative solutions has earned her the trust and respect of clients and colleagues.
In her free time, she can be found outdoors; hiking, horseback riding, or upland hunting with her bird dog.
Advisor
Chase is an experienced broker focusing on the hotel and hospitality industry. As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), he is uniquely qualified to handle business sale transactions that involve real estate.
Chase stands out for his strong passion and determination to make his clients' experience positive, rewarding, and financially satisfying.
He graduated from Iowa State University with a Masters of Real Estate Development.
When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and six children
Packaging Specialist
Brianna has been described as the glue that holds the team together. She's more than an executive assistant; she is an integral part of the Franchise Clearly sales process. She works with sellers to explain what is needed and proactively gathers documents. For buyers, she ensures accurate data is collected so we can effectively match them with new opportunities. In addition, she coordinates schedules and performs various administrative tasks.
She currently lives in Wisconsin. In her free time, she enjoys riding motorcycles and hiking.
Account Manager
Blair Yung is an account manager with Franchise Clearly. Since January 2015, he has managed operations and systems for the company. In his role, he manages the company’s client document portal and is the lead with marketing listings.
Blair graduated from the University of Central Florida with a major in Finance.
Web Developer and Application Developer
Since 2011 Dave has been managing, developing, and planning the Franchise Clearly technology needs.
When he isn’t working, you can find him writing music, skiing on water or snow & spending time with dog, family and friends.
Dave holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater.
Director of Marketing
Brian is the caretaker of the Franchise Clearly brand. He sets the strategy that keeps Franchise Clearly the premier franchise reseller in America. If you’ve responded to any of the Franchise Clearly letters or read any of the educational authored articles, it came out of Brian’s office.
When he isn't working, you can find him carving up the trails on his mountain bike or planning his next outdoor adventure.
Brian graduated from Jacksonville University with a double major in marketing and management.
