Full transparency, you got me more money than if I were to list with another company. I REALLY want to re-iterate that the ANONYMOUS way you went about listing and selling all of my clubs was worth EVERY PENNY of your commission. I am so happy I was referred to you by “former franchisee”, and I look forward to building and growing a new business with a new team, and having you list and sell them a few years down the road. By my calculation, we received more than a 4x multiplier on our internal EBITDA numbers, and from the information I gather with other franchisees, that is almost unheard of.
